The Capital Projects-Design Division within the Office of the County Engineer focus on infrastructure assets of the County that are large-scale capital-intensive endeavors dictating careful sizing of scopes to be sufficient and inclusive, extensive planning to ensure project objective and goals are accomplished, careful development to ensure designs are accurate and precise, detail checking to eliminate costly and unwarranted changes with focused construction to ensure project delivery and completion is expeditious and as desired . Needless to say, such projects carry enormous responsibility and warrants extreme attention throughout the project life cycle from conception, planning, design, inspection, and delivery.
