The Office of the County Engineer invites all professional services firms interested in providing future services to OCE to become registered through the OCE Professional Services Registry.
The following information will be evaluated in registering professional services firms:
- Verification of State firm registration with the
- Proof of compliance with the OCE's Tax Policyadopted by Commissioners Court on June 15, 2004.
Submittal of Standard Form 330, Part I and Part II.
NOTE: In order to remain Active on the Registry an annual update is required to be submitted.
OCE will maintain an electronic system containing firm qualification information as submitted by way of registration. Information can be submitted by email to [email protected] or by mail to:

To be considered for future OCE professional services contracts, firm registration is recommended, however registration does not guarantee that future work will be awarded to the firm.
