Mailboxes are located on the 1st floor past the security desk by the loading dock.

Can employees park at Fannin after hours and on the weekends, and will they be able to gain access back into the building?

Access is available during working hours. For after-hours access, please check with your direct supervisor. 

What is the process for reserving the 1st-floor conference room?

The 1st-floor conference room requires OCE approval via 713-274-3600.

What requires a work request (hot/cold, keys/locks, signage, cleaning, (etc.)?

What is the process for reserving the basement conference rooms (A & B)?

NOTE: The conference rooms are only for meetings of 15-92 attendees.

Where can tenants access the tunnels?

Take the elevator to 0 (for basement) or walk down the stairs next to the security desk. Tunnel access is across from the conference rooms.

Where do I dispose of cardboard boxes?

The removal of cardboard and cardboard boxes is the responsibility of each department. This service is not included in the janitorial contract.

Please contact your department to verify if your department utilizes the recycling services and document destruction countywide contract.
