2023 Standard Specifications for the Construction of Roads and Bridges – Approved by Commissioners Court on October 10, 2023

The 2023 Standard Specifications for the Construction of Roads and Bridges is now available for download. Eleven (11) new standard specifications have been added and fifty-eight (58) standard specifications have been revised and/or updated in this review cycle. To explore the revised 2023 Standard Specifications, you can either read our comprehensive PDF document or watch our informative video, which covers the additions, revisions, updates and withdrawals made during the 2023 review cycle. Please note that if a dispute should arise over the interpretation of a specification, the County Engineer's determination shall be considered final.
