Technical Services Division is a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, architects, landscape architects, designers and surveyors providing internal project delivery services to Harris County Precincts as well as various departments throughout Harris County. This division is responsible for the planning, directing, and managing the oversight of activities and operations for Design Services. The Geotechnical and Surveying Services with the Office of the County Engineer Projects include, but are not limited to, Harris County roadway, park design, civil site design and contract negotiation.
