The Water and Wastewater Team designs, manages, and reviews the following types of projects: sanitary sewer systems, wastewater lift stations, wastewater force mains, grease traps, potable water systems, water wells, grant-funded water and wastewater projects, maintenance, on-site sewage facilities, wastewater treatment plants, grant applications, water, and wastewater facility studies. 

The team answers water, and wastewater questions, performs reviews for multiple entities including other Office of the County Engineer (OCE) groups, Harris County departments, Harris County Precincts, Constituents, along with other agencies like the East Aldine Management District, and the City of Houston.
